Dreaming of Summer

HAMILTON - Day Minus Seventy Eight

We may have just had a snowstorm across the city, but our minds have left winter long ago as we count down the days until we set off along the Path of the Paddle. Our minds are racing with exciting ideas for projects along the trail this summer, which may not be ideal for our study habits as we enter dreaded exam season. Trying to sit down and memorize formulas is next to impossible when all we can do is dream about campsites on silent lakes, surviving portages, and meeting incredible people along the way. Once we make it through the next month of school, the days will fly by until we find ourselves back in the wilderness.
